With its inauguration scheduled for 15 June, at 5:30 p.m., in Parque das Nações, Lisbon is preparing to welcome the Exclusive Experience Center, a new premium and private space created for exclusive experiences, personalised presentations and tailor-made moments. Accessible by appointment only, the concept brings together high-end technology, design, architecture, hospitality, wine, gastronomy and immersive cinema in a sophisticated, reserved and highly personalised environment.

More than a showroom or an event space, the Exclusive Experience Center was created as a private stage to experience contemporary luxury in a real, sensory and carefully curated way. A place designed for clients, brands, architects, designers, partners and guests who seek not only to see solutions of excellence, but to experience them in their true context.

The project is promoted by Deritec Exclusive, a company distinguished in Europe and recognised for its excellence in integrating high-performance technological solutions. In this space, Deritec takes on the role of curator and integrator of leading brands, technologies and specialisms within the premium and high-end universe, bringing together sound, image, lighting, automation, design, hospitality, wine and gastronomy in a coherent and multisensory experience.

With approximately 180 m², the space combines an open-plan area with a kitchen, dining room and wine cellar, a more intimate living room, and a state-of-the-art home cinema produced by PrimeTheater. This cinema stands as the anchor element of the concept, elevating the experience through the union of image, sound, acoustics, comfort and design.

Each visit will be prepared in a personalised way, according to the profile of the guests, the purpose of the meeting and the desired atmosphere. Access will be exclusively by appointment only, prioritising privacy, discretion and attention to detail.

At a time when luxury is increasingly defined by experience, personalisation and the ability to create emotional connection, the Exclusive Experience Center occupies a territory still little explored in Portugal: a private space where technology, design, lifestyle and hospitality come together to create truly memorable moments.
